Responsibilities:

• Review and approve incoming user requests on the KSC platform (e.g., bookings, announcements).
• Resend notifications or updates to users as required.
• Assist in maintaining accurate records of requests and actions taken.
• Collaborate with the team to flag and resolve any issues promptly.
• Provide feedback to improve user experience and streamline processes.
• To meet Ads Sponsor targets for month.

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Basic computer literacy (familiarity with web platforms a plus).
• Reliable internet connection and availability for 10-15 hours per week.
• Interest in community-building and technology.
• Kodava language skills or familiarity with Coorg culture is a bonus, but not mandatory.
