• Address of the event or associated hall.
• Location details (e.g., GPS coordinates or physical address).
• Contact details of the booking party (e.g., phone number, email address).
• Associate name and contact number (if provided).
• Event details, including dates, times, and function types (e.g., wedding, engagement).

4.2. Users confirm they have obtained explicit consent from their customers for the public display of this information.
4.3. This display is intended to enhance visibility, facilitate service offerings, and connect customers with additional event-related resources.
4.4. We are not responsible for misuse of the information displayed by third parties.

5. Privacy Policy

5.1. Users agree to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data.

7. User Liability for Bookings and Service Responses

7.1. By using the Software, Users acknowledge and agree to be fully responsible for managing and responding to bookings and any services initiated or requested through the mobile application or other platforms associated with the Software.
7.2. Users are required to ensure timely and appropriate responses to all bookings or service requests made via the platform.
7.3. If Users fail to respond to bookings or services and complaints are received regarding their negligence or failure to comply with the rules and regulations of the platform, we reserve the right to:

• Remove the User from the platform without prior notice.
• Suspend or terminate the User’s access to the Software.

7.4. Any mistakes, errors, or inaccuracies in the booking or service processes caused by the User will be the sole responsibility of the User. We disclaim all liability for issues or disputes arising from such User mistakes.
